This 2nd level addition was designed to transform a loft space into a full-sized family room. This project consisted of demolition to the existing roof, framing the new walls and roof, exterior sheathing, electrical wiring for lights and receptacles, plumbing to adjust existing piping running through the new space, tapping the existing HVAC system to support the new space, new roofing, windows, siding, gutters, and downspouts, reusing the existing skylights, insulation, drywall, painting, doors, trim work, hardwood flooring and handrails.
