This addition project consisted of deleting the existing two-story addition at the rear of the house which consisted of a family room on the 1st floor and bedroom on the 2nd floor. The new addition consists of a new family room enlarged kitchen and a mudroom on the 1st floor then a master suite (bedroom, walk-in closet and bathroom) on the 2nd floor.
This two-story addition was added to the rear of an existing NW Washington DC rowhouse. The new addition created a new kitchen on the 1st floor and a new bathroom and bedroom on the 2nd floor.
This DC addition involved deleting an existing two-bedroom attic space and replacing it with a larger full second story space consisting of three bedrooms and a full bathroom.
