AJ Construction and Development LLC is a residential remodeling company working with homeowners to perform remodeling, renovating, and home improvement services. We are licensed and insured to perform throughout the state of Maryland and the District of Columbia. We specialize in Additions, Kitchens, Bathrooms, Full Renovations, and Basements. We also perform basic home improvement task related to carpentry, drywall, and painting. Our primary focus is working with individual homeowners on projects big and small to fulfill their construction needs and improve the quality of life and enjoyment they receive from their living spaces.

We will answer questions, return phone calls during work hours promptly and outline desired communication channels to insure effective communication flow.
